In the preCovid world insurance selling involved a lot of face-to-face interaction between a potential customer and an indispensable Agent. Along came Shop@FWD, a first-of-its-kind purely digital insurance platform.
Critical its success was generating interest and actual inquiries on the brand's Facebook page. Commissioned in December 2019, Bright Side developed and executed the content for all three products.
